If for any reason a customer is not completely satisfied with a Yome, they have 30 days to return it for a full refund.

Support Poles

The wooden support poles are guaranteed for life; should a pole break, we will replace it.

This does not include damage from:
-Objects falling onto the poles.
-Improper assembly or disassembly.
-Improper handling and storage.

Side Wall Canvas

The SunGlow polester side wall canvas is guaranteed for five years. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or a replacement will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.

This does not include damage from:
-Pets or animals.
-Insects or rodents.
-Improper assembly or disassembly.
-Improper storage.
-Exposure to heat or fire, being too close to a wood stove or heat source.
-Leaves, straw, debris or anything allowed to rest against the fabric for extended periods of time.
-Excessive abrasion or sharp objects.
-Vandalism.
-Objects falling into the canvas.
-Damage from mildew
-Discoloration, the fabric will discolor over time.

Roof Fabric

The Legacy silicone-coated roof is guaranteed for eight years. The Revolution olefin roof is guaranteed for two years. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or a replacement will be calculated on a pro-rated basis.

This does not include damage from:
-Object falling onto the roof.
-Fallen trees, it is important before you select a Yome site, to have an expert survey the area for potential falling tree hazards.
-Excessive snow load.
-Insects, rodents or improper storage.
-Exposure to heat or fire.
-Excessive abrasion or sharp objects.
-Improper assembly or disassembly.
-Vandalism
-Condensation - under certain circumstances, occasional water droplets may appear on the under side of the roof fabric leading the customer to believe that the roof is leaking.

 

Red Sky Shelters will perform any repairs not
covered under warrantee for a reasonable cost.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight costs
associated with the repair, return, or replacement of any
Red Sky Shelters products covered or not covered under warrantee.

Should a warrantee claim arise, Red Sky Shelters will
determine if the defect warrants a repair or replacement.

All repairs will be made in a timely manner.

It is the responsibility of the customer to determine
if a Yome is suitable for any particular purpose.

Recommendations for use do not constitute a warrantee,
either expressed or implied as to the fitness or suitability
of any Red Sky Shelters product for any particular purpose.

No warrantee is made as to the permit-ability of the Yome.

Structural engineering on the Yome has not been performed
nor has any professional determination been made as to the
Yome's design and snow or wind load carrying capacities.
